When continuously tracking activites you can get anywhere from 7 hours to 30 hours. If you can afford it (paying for build quality and suunto tracking), consider the Suunto 7 (Tracking abilities similar to Garmin/Suunto/Polar etc), but battery life not quite as good. A review has it running at 4% per hour, however that was them relying on the LCD dual screen to show tracking data, which was very limited in terms of info provided.
